NutriFit AI is an AI coaching app that brings together three coaches: Aidan for fitness and strength training, Eva for nutrition and weight loss, and Kaina for mental health, stress and sleep. They consult each other to support you, in French, Arabic, English and Spanish.
They consult each other all the time. What you tell one, the other two know, and they adjust your plan together: for example, after a short night, Aidan lightens your workout and Kaina suggests a moment to relax.
A calorie app counts what you eat. I work with Aidan and Kaina: if you sleep badly, Aidan lightens your workout; if you're stressed, Kaina suggests a breathing exercise; and I adapt your meals to your goal, whether that's weight loss or muscle gain.
Yes, without extreme diets. Your calorie and protein targets are calculated from your profile, I suggest suitable meals and analyse your plates from a photo. Aidan prepares workouts suited to your level, even at home.
Yes! I prepare short bodyweight fitness and strength sessions, adapted to your level, your aches and how you feel today. After each session, you tell me how it went and I adjust the next one.
Yes. I support you with guided breathing such as heart coherence, yoga, a mood journal and a lot of listening. If you are going through a very hard time, I also direct you to human help.

Eva uses the official food composition table from the French agency ANSES (Ciqual 2025). Aidan calculates calories burned with the 2024 Compendium of Physical Activities and follows the WHO guidelines. Kaina relies on recognised techniques such as heart-coherence breathing.
Yes. I adapt your meals to halal, pork-free, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free or lactose-free diets. During Ramadan, we advise you on suhoor, iftar and exercise.

Yes. Connections and data are encrypted. Your data is never sold or used for advertising, and you can export or delete it at any time from your profile.
Your safety comes first. The coaches never make a diagnosis. In case of severe pain, they ask you to stop and rest, then to see a doctor if the pain persists. During pregnancy, only walking and swimming are recommended, with your midwife's advice. In case of distress, they immediately direct you to human help.

NutriFit AI is a nutrition, fitness and mental well-being coaching service provided by three artificial intelligence entities — Aidan, Eva and Kaina — who consult each other to support you. It is available on the web (nutrifit-ai.com) and soon on iOS and Android.
We do not collect your location or contacts, and we use no advertising or audience-measurement tools.
Your data is never sold or used for advertising.
Replies, photo analyses and plans are produced by Gemini, Google's AI model, through Google Cloud Vertex AI, on an endpoint located in the European Union. The entities' voices are created by Google Cloud Text-to-Speech and dictation is transcribed by Google Cloud Speech-to-Text.
To reply to you, we send your message, the relevant parts of your profile, the memory of your conversations and, where applicable, the photo you sent. Google is contractually committed not to use this data to train its models.
AI replies may contain errors: they do not replace the advice of a doctor, a dietitian or a psychologist.
Your health information (weight, allergies, conditions, sleep, stress…) is sensitive data. We only process it with your explicit consent, which you give by ticking the box in the questionnaire. You can withdraw it at any time by deleting your account (Profile → Delete my account) or by writing to us; withdrawal does not affect what was done before.
No one other than you and our technical providers, bound by contract and subject to confidentiality and security obligations:
Your data is only disclosed to authorities when the law requires it.
Photos and voice messages are currently stored by Google in the United States, and some providers (Google, Stripe, RevenueCat, Netlify) are American companies. These transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, or by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
As no system is infallible, these measures are reviewed as the service evolves.
You have the rights of access, rectification (Profile → Edit my data), erasure (Profile → Delete my account), restriction, objection, portability (a copy of your data on request) and withdrawal of consent. You can also set instructions for what happens to your data after your death.
To exercise them: support@nutrifit-ai.com. We reply within one month; proof of identity may be requested if necessary. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr), the French data protection authority.
No advertising or audience-measurement cookies. The app and the website only store on your device what they need to work: your sign-in session, your chosen language, your profile and your settings. Payment pages are operated by Stripe, which uses its own cookies needed for payment. If you allow notifications, the browser also registers a small technical service used only to display your coaches' reminders.
NutriFit AI is reserved for people aged 18 and over; the date of birth is checked at sign-up. If we learn that an account belongs to a minor, it is deleted.
On the web, the subscription is paid by card through Stripe and can be cancelled online from your profile (Manage my subscription). In the mobile apps, it is managed in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Details are in the terms and conditions.
This policy may change with the service or the law. The update date appears at the top of the page; important changes will be notified to you in the app.

These terms govern your use of NutriFit AI. By creating an account, you accept them. They are written to be read, not endured.
Three conversational agents — Aidan for fitness, Eva for nutrition, Kaina for the mind — who produce personalised recommendations from the data you provide. These recommendations are generated automatically and are not medical advice.
On the website, the subscription is monthly (€9.99) or yearly (€59.99), paid by card through our secure payment provider Stripe. It renews automatically at each billing date until cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. You can cancel online from your profile ("Manage my subscription"). In the iOS and Android apps, it is billed through your App Store or Google Play account and managed in that account's settings.
A 6-day free trial starts when you create your account, with no card required. Nothing is charged automatically when the trial ends: you freely choose whether to subscribe.
Your account is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential. You must be 18 or over to subscribe.
Your health data belongs to you. You can request a copy or delete it permanently from your profile; deletion is immediate; security backups are automatically erased after 98 days. An active subscription must be cancelled before the account is deleted.
We do not guarantee any weight-loss, muscle-gain or well-being results. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance. Our liability is limited to the amount of your current subscription.
Any substantial change will be notified to you in the app at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service means you accept it.
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
